CREATE AN ENCYCLOPEDIA
My advice is for authors partnering together to write a book series. Prepare an informal encyclopedia that can be shared between both or all of you. This can include dates, places, vehicles, characters and more. It may disrupt the flow of writing at times, especially because you are constantly updating it, but the creative ideas can explode, adding more spice to your writing and help reduce the risk of plot holes.
